1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, placing a phone call to our tracking numbers, or requesting plumbing dispatch services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Estimates & On-Site Diagnostic Assessments

All pricing discussions conducted over the phone are preliminary informational guidance based on customer-described symptoms. Binding quotes require an on-site physical inspection by our licensed technician. Work only proceeds after written authorization from the property owner or authorized agent.

3. Dispatch Availability & Response Times

Stated response times (e.g. 30–60 minutes) are typical estimates subject to real-time technician workload, severe weather conditions, and geographic routing. While we prioritize critical water emergencies, we do not guarantee specific arrival times unless explicitly confirmed in writing by our dispatch supervisor.

4. Workmanship Warranty

ApexFlow Plumbing Services warrants its repair and installation labor against craftsmanship defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion, provided the plumbing system has not been modified or subjected to abnormal misuse. Manufacturer parts (faucets, water heaters, pumps) carry manufacturer-backed warranties.

5. Licensing & Compliance

All plumbing operations are performed under state master plumbing licensing: State Master Plumber Lic #MP-482910. Services comply with local municipal plumbing codes and ordinances.
